manodaktaras.lt is one of Lithuania’s leading medical SaaS platforms, enabling patients to discover doctors, book consultations and procedures, and manage appointments in one unified digital environment.

The project began with a comprehensive UX audit, focusing on the entire user journey — from searching for a doctor or service to completing a successful booking. Our analysis revealed key friction points, areas of cognitive overload, and interaction patterns that had lost clarity as the platform evolved and expanded its feature set.
These insights became the foundation for a full UI uplift of the platform. The goal was not purely visual refinement, but the creation of a consistent, intuitive experience that supports users when making sensitive healthcare decisions. The refreshed interface introduced clearer information hierarchy, simplified search and filtering logic, and more confident booking flows across all key touchpoints.
The result is a strong synthesis of UX and UI that enables manodaktaras.lt to scale sustainably while delivering a trustworthy, modern, and user-centric digital healthcare experience.
